This is a commission-based opportunity for a dynamic, entrepreneurial leader ready to shape the future of AI-powered creativity.

Your Mission

As the Business Development & Sales Director, your role is to drive revenue growth by acquiring new brand clients and partners, building strong relationships, and expanding Brainstrm.AI’s presence across global markets. You'll be a key driver in scaling our business, opening doors to high-impact collaborations across industries like fashion, retail, gaming, entertainment, travel, and tech.

What You’ll Do

  • Identify and acquire new brand clients, agencies, and enterprise partners.

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive top-line growth.

  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships that lead to recurring business.

  • Lead negotiations and closing of commercial deals, sponsorships, and licensing agreements.

  • Represent Brainstrm.AI at industry events, networking opportunities, and business forums.

  • Collaborate with the internal team to customize AI solutions and create strategic proposals.

  • Report regularly on KPIs, deal pipelines, and revenue projections.

  • Explore and initiate brand co-creations, platform partnerships, and affiliate deals.

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or partnerships, ideally within creative tech, SaaS, marketing, or innovation sectors.

  • Strong network in brand, agency, entertainment, fashion, retail, or Web3 industries.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

  • A Master’s degree or MBA is a plus but not required.
