This is a commission-based opportunity for a dynamic, entrepreneurial leader ready to shape the future of AI-powered creativity.
Your Mission
As the Business Development & Sales Director, your role is to drive revenue growth by acquiring new brand clients and partners, building strong relationships, and expanding Brainstrm.AI’s presence across global markets. You'll be a key driver in scaling our business, opening doors to high-impact collaborations across industries like fashion, retail, gaming, entertainment, travel, and tech.
What You’ll Do
Identify and acquire new brand clients, agencies, and enterprise partners.
Develop and execute sales strategies to drive top-line growth.
Build and nurture long-term client relationships that lead to recurring business.
Lead negotiations and closing of commercial deals, sponsorships, and licensing agreements.
Represent Brainstrm.AI at industry events, networking opportunities, and business forums.
Collaborate with the internal team to customize AI solutions and create strategic proposals.
Report regularly on KPIs, deal pipelines, and revenue projections.
Explore and initiate brand co-creations, platform partnerships, and affiliate deals.
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in business development, sales, or partnerships, ideally within creative tech, SaaS, marketing, or innovation sectors.
Strong network in brand, agency, entertainment, fashion, retail, or Web3 industries.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and drive results.
Strategic thinker who thrives in fast-paced, high-opportunity environments.
Passion for AI, creativity, and future-facing technologies.
Education Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
A Master’s degree or MBA is a plus but not required.
