About the Role

Brainstrm.AI is seeking a visionary Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) – Global Head of Funding to lead all fundraising, revenue generation, and strategic partnership initiatives. This is a commission-based leadership role with potential share equity for the right candidate. We’re looking for someone who excels at building revenue pipelines, securing funding, and driving growth in the fast-evolving AI space.

You’ll play a critical role in scaling our AI-as-a-Service (AIaaS) platform by unlocking investor capital, forming strategic alliances, and establishing sustainable revenue models.

Your Mission

As CRO, you will lead our fundraising strategy, attract key investors, and build high-impact brand and enterprise partnerships. Working closely with the CEO and founding team, you’ll help shape the future of Brainstrm.AI and drive its global expansion.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead all fundraising efforts, including outreach to angel investors, venture capital firms, and strategic partners.

  • Develop compelling pitch materials, financial models, and investor presentations.

  • Drive revenue through enterprise sales, licensing deals, and brand collaborations.

  • Identify and develop new revenue streams aligned with our AIaaS offerings.

  • Secure commercial agreements with major clients across creative, tech, and innovation sectors.

  • Represent Brainstrm.AI at investor meetings, industry events, and executive forums.

  • Align sales and growth strategies with platform capabilities and market demand.

  • Build a performance-driven revenue and funding strategy to scale operations globally.

  • Proven track record in fundraising, revenue generation, or venture leadership.

  • Experience working in or with AI, SaaS, or innovation-driven startups.

  • Strong network of investors, decision-makers, and brand leaders.

  • Exceptional skills in pitching, financial negotiation, and stakeholder management.

  • Independent, proactive thinker with an entrepreneurial mindset.

  • Passion for AI innovation and reshaping the future of creative technology.

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.

  • A Master’s degree, MBA, or significant startup/scale-up experience is highly preferred.

Compensation

  • Commission-based compensation linked to revenue growth and successful funding rounds.

  • Equity/shares available for long-term high-impact contributors.
