We’re looking for a driven and well-connected Growth & Partnerships Lead to help scale our creative platform by identifying new business opportunities, building partnerships, and driving user growth. This is a commission-based role ideal for a self-starter who thrives on results, networking, and creative collaboration.
What You’ll Do:
Identify and secure new user acquisition channels and brand partnerships
Pitch our platform to creators, agencies, and brand decision-makers
Cultivate strategic relationships that drive traffic, leads, and long-term value
Collaborate with our creative and product teams to align on growth strategies
Represent our brand with authenticity and vision in every conversation
What We’re Looking For:
A natural connector with experience in sales, partnerships, or growth roles
Proven track record of closing deals or growing communities
Passion for storytelling, tech, or creative tools (bonus if you're active in the creative or AI space)
Excellent communication and pitching skills
Independent, results-oriented, and motivated by performance-based rewards
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
Equivalent work experience in sales, growth, or creative partnerships will also be considered
