We’re looking for a driven and well-connected Growth & Partnerships Lead to help scale our creative platform by identifying new business opportunities, building partnerships, and driving user growth. This is a commission-based role ideal for a self-starter who thrives on results, networking, and creative collaboration.

What You’ll Do:

  • Identify and secure new user acquisition channels and brand partnerships

  • Pitch our platform to creators, agencies, and brand decision-makers

  • Cultivate strategic relationships that drive traffic, leads, and long-term value

  • Collaborate with our creative and product teams to align on growth strategies

  • Represent our brand with authenticity and vision in every conversation

What We’re Looking For:

  • A natural connector with experience in sales, partnerships, or growth roles

  • Proven track record of closing deals or growing communities

  • Passion for storytelling, tech, or creative tools (bonus if you're active in the creative or AI space)

  • Excellent communication and pitching skills

  • Independent, results-oriented, and motivated by performance-based rewards

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred

  • Equivalent work experience in sales, growth, or creative partnerships will also be considered
