Privacy Policy
Last updated: 11 August 2026
DreamCache AI Ltd (“DreamCache”, “we”, “us” or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data.
DreamCache is currently operating in early access. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store and protect personal data when you visit our website, request access, contact us or use an early-access DreamCache workspace.
1. Who we are
DreamCache AI Ltd is responsible for the personal data we collect directly through our website, access forms and communications and acts as the data controller for that information.
Where organisations use DreamCache to process personal data within their own workspaces, the relevant organisation may act as the data controller and DreamCache may act as a data processor on its behalf, subject to the applicable contractual terms.
2. Information we collect
During early access, we may collect information you provide directly to us, including:
Name
Business email address
Company and job title
Contact information
Access-request information
Intended use cases
Communications with DreamCache
Account and workspace information
Technical and usage information necessary to operate, secure and improve the service
We do not intentionally request special-category personal data through our general access or contact forms.
3. How we use your information
We may use personal data to:
Evaluate and manage early-access requests
Create and administer DreamCache accounts and workspaces
Provide and operate the DreamCache service
Communicate with users about their account, access or the product
Provide support
Maintain the security and integrity of the platform
Understand how the product is being used and improve its functionality
Meet our legal, regulatory and contractual obligations
We process personal data only where we have a lawful basis to do so under applicable UK data-protection law. Depending on the circumstances, this may include performance of a contract, taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, our legitimate interests, compliance with legal obligations or your consent where required.
4. Workspace content and customer data
Content uploaded to or created within a DreamCache workspace remains subject to the rights and ownership arrangements agreed between DreamCache and the customer. We do not claim ownership of customer workspace content merely because it is processed through DreamCache.
Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary rights and lawful basis to upload and process personal data, confidential information, brand assets or other content through the platform.
5. AI models and third-party services
DreamCache may connect with third-party AI models, infrastructure providers and other technology services to provide platform functionality.
Where customer information is transmitted to a third-party provider, its processing may be governed by our agreement with that provider, the customer’s configuration and applicable contractual terms.
Where supported and appropriate, DreamCache uses commercial or enterprise API services configured so that customer data is not used by the provider to train its publicly available models by default.
Because the capabilities and terms of AI providers can change, customers should review the applicable configuration and provider terms before processing sensitive or confidential information.
6. Sharing personal data
We may share personal data with trusted service providers where necessary to operate DreamCache, including hosting, infrastructure, authentication, analytics, communications and AI service providers.
We require service providers acting on our behalf to process personal data only for authorised purposes and subject to appropriate data-protection obligations.
We may also disclose information where required by law, regulation, legal process or to protect the rights, security and integrity of DreamCache, our customers or others.
We do not sell your personal data.
7. International data transfers
Some of our technology and service providers may process information outside the United Kingdom.
Where personal data is transferred internationally, we take appropriate steps to ensure that transfers comply with UK data-protection requirements, including using recognised adequacy regulations or appropriate contractual safeguards where required.
8. Data retention
We retain personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, including providing early access, maintaining business records, resolving disputes and meeting legal or regulatory obligations.
When personal data is no longer required, we will delete or anonymise it where reasonably practicable and legally appropriate.
9. Security
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, misuse, alteration or disclosure.
No online service can guarantee absolute security, and users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their account credentials.
10. Your data-protection rights
Depending on the circumstances, UK data-protection law may give you rights including the right to:
Access your personal data
Correct inaccurate or incomplete personal data
Request deletion of your personal data
Restrict certain processing
Object to certain processing
Request transfer of your personal data where applicable
Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent
Raise a complaint about how your personal data is handled
These rights are subject to applicable legal requirements and exemptions.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO). We encourage you to contact us first so that we have an opportunity to address your concerns.
11. Cookies and analytics
DreamCache may use essential technologies required for security, authentication and operation of the website or platform.
If we introduce non-essential analytics, advertising or similar cookies or tracking technologies, we will provide appropriate information and consent controls where required by UK law.
12. Children
DreamCache is a business-focused platform and is not intended for children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children through our early-access programme.
13. Changes to this policy
DreamCache is evolving rapidly during early access. We may update this Privacy Policy as the platform, our processing activities or applicable legal requirements change.
Material changes will be reflected in an updated version of this policy with a revised “Last updated” date.
14. Contact us
For privacy questions or to request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, please contact DreamCache AI Ltd through the contact page on our website.
